There is a cabin with dressing rooms and sanitary facilities near the swimming pool for all our guests.
There is an available charcoal barbecue to organize your outdoor grill in the garden NOTE. There is only one common barbecue that must be shared with other guests. In case you were provided with your own barbecue, you can use it in the appropriate spaces.
In the shared laundry room there is available a washing machine
There is a common ironing board and iron in the laundry room.
A short distance from the farmhouse, you can fish freely in our private pond which is rich of carp reineta and white amur.
NOTE: Fishing tackle is not supplied. – Enjoy your fishing :)
All apartment kitchens are equipped with: refrigerator with freezer, dishes, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, cutlery, 4 gas rings, microwave, toaster, coffee mocha, in some there is an oven, in Casa Siena there is a fireplace.
They are very useful in the summer

A PC desktop is available for all our guests
It is provided with rackets and balls.
In the meadow there is a volleyball net for your challenges :)
All apartments are provided with LPG heating system and independent counter to calculate consumption (3,20 m³ indicative cost varying with the market price)
We have available for sale extra virgin olive oil and wine from our own crops .
We can organize tastings for our farm guests who wish to taste typical Tuscan dishes
If you wish not to worry about preparing your meals, we have an excellent catering service, also for parties, meetings and ceremonies.
For your events, meetings and ceremonies, we have a 120 m² lounge, divided into two smaller rooms, pin addition to the garden around the pool and the square near the farmhouse . We also provide professional catering for all your needs.
