The apartment consists of one bedroom, a living room and a bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed and the kitchen with a dining table. The loft (attic max height 1,60 m) has 2 single beds (suitable room for children), 1 large double room for a 3rd optional bed.
The entrance is through a common staircase; there is a veranda with garden table and chairs opposite the exit.
