Our farmhouse was completely restored from an old farm in the heart of Tuscany; the residence is composed of 9 apartments in an area immersed in the tranquillity of the Tuscan countryside, surrounded by a grove, our small forest, ours little lake and the Arno river.
The agritourism estate offers a wide view over the hills and the woods bordering the River Arno which can be reached via pleasant trails that continue along an attractive conservation area . The farmhouse is surrounded by a vast garden ( 7,000 m²) with various terraces. In this garden, there is a large swimming pool (16 x 8), which is connected to a children's pool (4 x 4), there is an adjacent cabin with changing rooms and sanitary facilities, an antique wood-burning oven for pizzas, a BBQ and a tennis table which can be freely used by the farm guests.
Among the common areas that can be used on request, there is a spacious (unfurnished ) lounge with a fireplace on the ground floor, which is available for meetings, events and ceremonies.
